  11. Looks pretty user-unfriendly to me. If a user wants to have ^Z for
  12. quitting apllications, and all applications use the global config
  13. file, then it only takes a few minutes to do the trick. If each
  14. application has the shortcuts built-in, it might take several days
  15. to modify each and every executable.

  17. If you can't trust a global config file, then I assume you would also
  18. be in favor of each application carrying it's own operating system. You
  19. really can't trust this clumsy TOS, MTOS, MagiX, Geneva etc. stuff.
